But these have been written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.


He had been instructed in the way of the Lord. Being fervent in spirit, he spoke and accurately taught the facts about the Lord, though he knew only about the baptism of John.


Yoʋ know his will and approve what is excellent, because yoʋ are instructed from the law.
