12 Therefore, I will not neglect to keep reminding you about these things, though you know them and are established in the truth you now have.

So the churches were strengthened in the faith and increased in number every day.


Finally, my brothers, rejoice in the Lord! To write this to you again is no trouble for me, and it is safe for you.


the faith and love that spring from the hope that is laid up for you in heaven. You have already heard about this hope in the message of the truth of the gospel


being rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving.


If yoʋ point these things out to the brothers, yoʋ will be a good servant of Jesus Christ, nourished by the words of the faith and the sound doctrine that yoʋ have closely followed.


Therefore I remind yoʋ to rekindle the gift of God that is in yoʋ through the laying on of my hands.


But remember the earlier days when, after you were enlightened, you endured a hard struggle in the face of suffering.


Do not be carried away by various kinds of strange teachings, for it is good for the heart to be strengthened by grace, not by regulations about food, which have not benefited those who follow them.


And after you have suffered for a little while, may the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ Jesus, himself perfect you; he will establish, strengthen, and settle you.


Through Silvanus, whom I regard as a faithful brother, I have written to you briefly, encouraging you and testifying that this is the true grace of God in which you stand.


I think it is right, as long as I am in this bodily tent, to stir you up by way of reminder,


And I will make every effort to ensure that after my departure you will be able to recall these things at any time.


Beloved, this is now the second letter that I am writing to you. In both of them I have tried to stir up your sincere mind by way of reminder,


Therefore, beloved, since you have been forewarned, be on your guard so that you will not be led astray by the error of these lawless men and fall from your own secure position.


I have not written to you because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and because no lie is of the truth.


because of the truth that abides in us and will be with us forever:


But you, beloved, must remember what the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ foretold,


Beloved, although I was quite eager to write to you about our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you and urge you to contend for the faith that was once for all delivered to the saints.


Now I want to remind you, although you already know this, that after the Lord saved a people out of the land of Egypt, he subsequently destroyed those who did not believe.
