And now, if he would kill me, I will hope in him; in this, truly, I will correct my ways in his sight.


He comes forth like a flower, and is crushed, and he flees, as if a shadow, and never remains in the same state.


I know all the flying things of the air, and the beauty of the field is with me.


For when someone labors in wisdom, and doctrine, and prudence, he leaves behind what he has obtained to one who is idle. So this, too, is emptiness and a great burden.
