For they loved the glory of men more than the glory of God.


How are you able to believe, you who accept glory from one another and yet do not seek the glory that is from God alone?


Whoever speaks from himself seeks his own glory. But whoever seeks the glory of him who sent him, this one is true, and injustice is not in him.


Place these words of mine in your hearts and minds, and hang them as a sign on your hands, and arrange them between your eyes.
