I have heard the grumblings of the children of Yisra’ĕl. Speak to them, saying, ‘Between the evenings you are to eat meat, and in the morning you are to be satisfied with bread. And you shall know that I am יהוה your Elohim.’

I have heard the grumblings of the children of Yisra’ĕl. Speak to them, saying, ‘Between the evenings you are to eat meat, and in the morning you are to be satisfied with bread. And you shall know that I am יהוה your Elohim.’
And Mosheh said, “In that יהוה gives you meat to eat in the evening, and in the morning bread to satisfaction, for יהוה hears your grumblings which you make against Him. And what are we? Your grumblings are not against us but against יהוה.”
The righteous eats to the satisfying of his being, But the stomach of the wrong is lacking.
‘When I have cut off your supply of bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall bring back to you your bread by weight, and you shall eat and not be satisfied.
“You have sown much, but brought in little; eat, but do not have enough; drink, but you are not filled with drink; clothe yourselves, but no one is warm; and he who earns wages, earns wages to put into a bag with holes.”
And those who ate were about five thousand men, besides women and children.
And His taught ones said to Him, “Where are we to get enough bread in the desert to satisfy such a large crowd?”
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, because they shall be filled.
“He has filled the hungry with good items, and the rich He has sent away empty.
So they all ate and were satisfied, and twelve baskets of the broken pieces were picked up by them.
Philip answered Him, “Two hundred denarii worth of bread is not sufficient for them, for every one of them to receive a little.”
