And they were giving Him wine mixed with myrrh to drink, but He did not take it.
And they gave him to drink wine mingled with myrrh: but he received it not.

And they gave me gall for my food, And for my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.
And the taught ones did as יהושע had ordered them, and prepared the Pĕsaḥ.
they gave Him wine mixed with bile to drink. And after tasting, He would not drink it.
Truly, I say to you, I shall certainly no more drink of the fruit of the vine till that day when I drink it anew in the reign of Elohim.
for I say to you, I shall certainly not drink of the fruit of the vine until the reign of Elohim comes.”
And the soldiers were mocking Him too, coming and offering Him sour wine,
