“Whether it has gored a son or gored a daughter, according to this right-ruling it is done to him.
“And when a man opens a pit, or if a man digs a pit and does not cover it, and an ox or a donkey falls in it,
“And I bought the field which was at Anathoth from Ḥaname’ĕl, my uncle’s son, and weighed out to him the silver, seventeen sheqels of silver.
and said, “What would you give me to deliver Him to you?” And they counted out to him thirty pieces of silver.
