Zechariah 13:5 - Revised Standard Version

but he will say, ‘I am no prophet, I am a tiller of the soil; for the land has been my possession since my youth.’

Each will say, “I’m not a prophet. I’m a man who works the ground, for the soil has been my occupation since I was young.”

But he will say, "I am not a prophet; I am a man of agriculture. For Adam has been my example from my youth."

But he shall say: I am no prophet, I am a husbandman: for Adam is my example from my youth.

Then Amos answered Amaziah, “I am no prophet, nor a prophet's son; but I am a herdsman, and a dresser of sycamore trees,

And if one asks him, ‘What are these wounds on your back?’ he will say, ‘The wounds I received in the house of my friends.’ ”
