And the thin and gaunt cows ate up the first seven fat cows,
and the lean and the ill favoured kine did eat up the first seven fat kine:

Then the thin, frail cows devoured the first seven, fattened cows.
These devoured and consumed the first,

And the young man did not delay to do the thing, because he had delight in Jacob's daughter. Now he was the most honored of all his family.
and seven other cows came up after them, poor and very gaunt and thin, such as I had never seen in all the land of Egypt.
