who will sustain you to the end, guiltless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
For, in the first place, when you assemble as a church, I hear that there are divisions among you; and I partly believe it,
I protest, brethren, by my pride in you which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die every day!
But if any one has caused pain, he has caused it not to me, but in some measure—not to put it too severely—to you all.
We are not commending ourselves to you again but giving you cause to be proud of us, so that you may be able to answer those who pride themselves on a man's position and not on his heart.
for I know your readiness, of which I boast about you to the people of Macedonia, saying that Achaia has been ready since last year; and your zeal has stirred up most of them.
so that you may approve what is excellent, and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ,
so that in me you may have ample cause to glory in Christ Jesus, because of my coming to you again.
And I am sure that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.
holding fast the word of life, so that in the day of Christ I may be proud that I did not run in vain or labor in vain.
Therefore, my brethren, whom I love and long for, my joy and crown, stand firm thus in the Lord, my beloved.
so that he may establish your hearts unblamable in holiness before our God and Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all his saints.
May the God of peace himself sanctify you wholly; and may your spirit and soul and body be kept sound and blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
