Proverbs 22:24 - Christian Standard Bible Anglicised

Don’t make friends with an angry person, and don’t be a companion of a hot-tempered one,

The one who walks with the wise will become wise, but a companion of fools will suffer harm.

A hot-tempered person stirs up conflict, but one slow to anger calms strife.

The arrogant and proud person, named ‘Mocker,’ acts with excessive arrogance.

An angry person stirs up conflict, and a hot-tempered one increases rebellion.
