Haven’t I written for you thirty sayings about counsel and knowledge,
Have not I written to thee excellent things In counsels and knowledge,
Have I not written to you [long ago] excellent things in counsels and knowledge,
Have not I written unto thee excellent things Of counsels and knowledge,
Haven’t I written for you thirty sayings full of advice and knowledge?
Behold, I have written it for you in three ways, and with meditations and knowledge,
Behold I have described it to thee three manner of ways, in thoughts and knowledge:
Listen, for I speak of noble things, and what my lips say is right.

Though I were to write out for him ten thousand points of my instruction, they would be regarded as something strange.
