You are also to make its plates  and cups, as well as its jugs and bowls for pouring drink offerings. Make them out of pure gold.


Everyone who is registered must pay half a shekel  according to the sanctuary shekel (twenty gerahs to the shekel). This half shekel is a contribution to the Lord.


Each silver dish weighed 1.5 kilograms,  and each basin 800 grams.  The total weight of the silver articles was 28 kilograms  measured by the standard sanctuary shekel.


All the livestock for the burnt offering  totalled twelve bulls, twelve rams, and twelve male lambs a year old, with their grain offerings, and twelve male goats for the sin offering.


Entering the house, they saw the child with Mary his mother, and falling to their knees, they worshipped him.  Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts: gold, frankincense, and myrrh.
