‘This  is my servant;  I strengthen him, this is my chosen one;  I delight in him. I have put my Spirit on him; he will bring justice  to the nations.


Because of his righteousness, the Lord was pleased to magnify his instruction and make it glorious.


The priest is to sacrifice them, one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering.  In this way the priest will make atonement for him before the Lord because of his discharge.


Here is my servant whom I have chosen, my beloved in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him, and he will proclaim justice to the nations.


While he was still speaking, suddenly a bright cloud covered  them, and a voice from the cloud said, ‘This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well-pleased. Listen to him! ’


And a voice  came from heaven:  ‘You are my beloved  Son;  with you I am well-pleased.’


A cloud  appeared, overshadowing  them, and a voice  came from the cloud:  ‘This is my beloved  Son;  listen to him! ’


and the Holy Spirit descended on him in a physical appearance like a dove. And a voice came from heaven: ‘You are my beloved Son; with you I am well-pleased.’


Then a voice came from the cloud,  saying, ‘This is my Son,  the Chosen One;  , listen to him! ’


For the Father loves the Son and shows him everything he is doing, and he will show him greater works   than these so that you will be amazed.


The Father who sent me has himself testified   about me. You have not heard his voice at any time, and you haven’t seen his form.


to the praise of his glorious grace  that he lavished on us in the Beloved One.


He has rescued  us from the domain of darkness and transferred us into the kingdom  of the Son  he loves.


For he received honour and glory from God the Father when the voice came to him from the Majestic Glory, saying ‘This is my beloved Son,  with whom I am well-pleased! ’


If we accept human testimony, God’s testimony  is greater, because it is God’s testimony that he has given about his Son.


I heard a sound  from heaven like the sound of cascading waters  and like the rumbling of loud thunder. The sound I heard was like harpists playing on their harps.
