David was climbing the slope of the Mount of Olives,  weeping as he ascended. His head was covered,  and he was walking barefoot.  All of the people with him covered their heads and went up, weeping as they ascended.


On that day his feet will stand on the Mount of Olives,  which faces Jerusalem on the east. The Mount of Olives will be split in half from east to west, forming a huge valley, so that half the mountain will move to the north and half to the south.


Then he left them, went out of the city to Bethany,  and spent the night there.


While he was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples approached him privately and said, ‘Tell us, when will these things happen? And what is the sign of your coming and of the end of the age? ’


After singing a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.


and told them, ‘Go into the village ahead of you. As soon as you enter it, you will find a colt tied there, on which no one has ever sat. Untie it and bring it.


While he was sitting on the Mount of Olives  opposite the temple,  Peter,  James,  John,  and Andrew  asked him privately,


So he sent two of his disciples and told them, ‘Go into the city, and a man carrying a jar of water will meet you. Follow him.


He  summoned  the Twelve  and began to send  them out in pairs and gave them authority over unclean  spirits.


But Jesus went to the Mount of Olives.


Then they returned to Jerusalem from the Mount of Olives, which is near Jerusalem #– #a Sabbath day’s journey away.
