When they reached the threshing-floor of Atad, which is across the Jordan, they lamented and wept loudly, and Joseph mourned seven days for his father.


When David got up in the morning, the word of the Lord had come to the prophet Gad,  David’s seer:


David went up in obedience to Gad’s command, just as the Lord had commanded.


Then Solomon began  to build the Lord’s temple in Jerusalem on Mount Moriah  where the Lord   had appeared to his father David, at the site David had prepared on the threshing-floor of Ornan  the Jebusite.


I will remove the blood from their mouths and the abhorrent things from between their teeth. Then they too will become a remnant for our God; they will become like a clan in Judah and Ekron like the Jebusites.
