Next, Solomon overlaid the interior of the temple with pure gold, and he hung  gold chains  across the front of the inner sanctuary  and overlaid it with gold.


The capitals on the two pillars were also immediately above the rounded surface next to the grating, and two hundred pomegranates  were in rows encircling each  capital.


In front of the temple  he made two pillars, each 8 metres  high. The capital on top of each was 2.25 metres high.


Then he set up the pillars in front of the sanctuary, one on the right and one on the left. He named the one on the right Jachin  and the one on the left Boaz.
