Then Asa rested with his ancestors and was buried in the city of his ancestor David.  His son Jehoshaphat  became king in his place.


However, in the third year, King Jehoshaphat  of Judah went to visit the king of Israel.


Ahab rested with his ancestors,  and his son Ahaziah  became king in his place.


Jehoshaphat was thirty-five years old when he became king; he reigned for twenty-five years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Azubah daughter of Shilhi.
