Neither was man created for the sake of woman, but woman for the sake of man.
Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.
Neither was man created on account of or for the benefit of woman, but woman on account of and for the benefit of man. [Gen. 2:18.]
for neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man:
and man wasn’t created for the sake of the woman, but the woman for the sake of the man.
And indeed, man was not created for woman, but woman was created for man.
For the man was not created for the woman, but the woman for the man.
Then the Lord God said, ‘It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper corresponding to him.’
The man gave names to all the livestock, to the birds of the sky, and to every wild animal; but for the man no helper was found corresponding to him.
Then the Lord God made the rib he had taken from the man into a woman and brought her to the man.
This is why a woman should have a symbol of authority on her head, because of the angels.
