"These four great beasts are four kingdoms, which will rise from the earth.
And I saw a beast ascending from the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon its horns were ten diadems, and upon its heads were names of blasphemy.
The beast that you saw, was, and is not, and is soon to ascend from the abyss. And he goes forth unto destruction.
