Mark 2:9

For which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Get up and walk’?

News about Him spread throughout all Syria. And they brought to Him all the sick—those tormented by various diseases and afflictions, those plagued by demons, the epileptics, the paralyzed—and He healed them.

Just then, some people brought to Him a paralyzed man lying on a cot. And seeing their faith, Yeshua said to the paralyzed man, “Take courage, son! Your sins are forgiven.”

Immediately Yeshua, knowing in His spirit that they were raising questions this way within themselves, said to them, “Why are you questioning these things in your hearts?

But so you may know that the Son of Man has authority to pardon sins on earth….” He tells the paralyzed man,

He then said to her, “Your sins have been forgiven.”
