Then his parents answered, “We know that this is our son and that he was born blind.


His parents said this because they were afraid of the Judean leaders. For the Judean leaders had already agreed that anyone who professed Yeshua to be Messiah would be thrown out of the synagogue.


That’s why his parents said, “He’s old enough—ask him.”


And there was a woman with a blood flow for twelve years, who could not be healed by anyone.


Now a certain man had been an invalid there for thirty-eight years.


So they asked him, “Then how were your eyes opened?”


There he found a man named Aeneas, who had been bedridden for eight years—he was paralyzed.
