John 10:1

“Watch out for false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves.

For such people do not serve our Lord the Messiah, but only their own belly. By their smooth talk and flattery they deceive the hearts of the unsuspecting.

Loved ones, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see if they are from God. For many false prophets have gone out into the world.

And no one takes this honor for himself, but only when he is called by God, as Aaron was.

In their greed they will exploit you with false words. Their judgment from long ago is not idle, and their destruction does not slumber.

But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will also be false teachers among you. They will secretly bring in destructive heresies. They will even deny the Master who bought them—bringing swift destruction upon themselves.

The prophets, who spoke about the grace that was to be yours, searched for this salvation and investigated carefully.

Behold, I am against those who prophesy lying dreams,” declares Adonai, “and tell them, and so lead My people astray with their lies and with their reckless boasts. Yet I never sent them or commanded them. Nor do they benefit this people at all.” It is a declaration of Adonai.

And how shall they proclaim unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who proclaim good news of good things!”

Yeshua answered him, “Amen, amen I tell you, unless one is born from above, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

“I did not send those prophets, yet they ran. I did not speak to them, yet they prophesied.

They must be silenced—those who upset entire households by teaching what they should not, for the sake of dishonest gain.

Therefore thus says Adonai: “About the prophets who prophesy in My Name, though I did not send them, yet keep saying, ‘Sword and famine will never be in this land’—by sword and famine will those prophets be consumed.

They rush on the city, they run on the wall, they climb up into the houses, coming through the windows like a thief.

So Yeshua said again, “Amen, amen I tell you, I am the gate for the sheep.
