Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea. Adonai drove the sea back with a strong east wind throughout the night and turned the sea into dry land. So the waters were divided.


So it happened at the end of 430 years, to the very day, that all the armies of Adonai went out from the land of Egypt.


Then Adonai said to Moses, “Leave, get out of this place, you and the people that you have brought out of the land of Egypt, into the land which I swore to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob saying, ‘I will give it to your seed.’


Bnei-Yisrael ate the manna for 40 years. They ate the manna until they came to an inhabited land, when they came to the borders of the land of Canaan.


It will not be like the covenant I made with their fathers on the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt. For they did not remain in My covenant, and I did not care for them, says Adonai.


For about forty years He put up with them in the wilderness.


But God turned and gave them over to serve the host of heaven, just as it is written in the book of the Prophets: ‘It was not to Me that you brought sacrifices and offerings for forty years in the wilderness, was it, O House of Israel?


For forty years I loathed that generation. So I said: ‘It is a people whose heart goes astray, who do not know My ways.’


You gave signs and wonders against Pharaoh, all his servants, and all the people of his land, for You knew how insolently they treated them. You made a name for Yourself which remains to this day.


Neither did your clothing wear out on you, nor did your foot swell these 40 years.


So I will stretch out My hand and strike Egypt with all My wonders that I will do in the midst of it. After that, he will let you go.


“Do not harden your heart as at Meribah, as in the day of Massah in the wilderness,


Then Yeshua said to him, “Unless you all see signs and wonders, you’ll never believe!”


do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion, on the day of testing in the wilderness.


There your fathers put Me to the test, though they saw My works for forty years.
