Seeing it pleased the Judean leaders, he proceeded to capture Peter as well. This was during the Days of Matzah.


and from there to Philippi—which is a leading city of the district of Macedonia as well as a Roman colony. We stayed in this city for several days.


You are to observe the Feast of Matzot. For seven days you will eat matzot as I commanded you, at the time appointed in the month Aviv, for that is when you came out from Egypt. No one is to appear before Me empty-handed.


When you come, bring the cloak which I left with Carpus in Troas, along with the scrolls, and especially the parchments.

On the contrary, after we had first suffered and been mistreated in Philippi, as you know, we had boldness in our God to tell you the Good News of God—even in the midst of much opposition.


Paul and Timothy, slaves of Messiah Yeshua, To all the kedoshim in Messiah Yeshua who are in Philippi with the overseers and servant-leaders:


There we found some brothers and sisters, and we were invited to stay with them for seven days. And in this way we came to Rome.


On the next day, we departed and came to Caesarea. We entered the home of Philip, the proclaimer of Good News, who was one of the seven, and we stayed with him.


We looked up the disciples and stayed there seven days. They kept telling Paul through the Ruach not to set foot in Jerusalem.


So they passed by Mysia and went down to Troas.


As soon as he had seen the vision, immediately we tried to go to Macedonia, concluding that God had called us to proclaim the Good News to them.


These went on ahead and were waiting for us at Troas.


For Paul had decided to sail past Ephesus so that he might not spend much time in Asia, because he was hurrying to be in Jerusalem, if possible, by the day of Shavuot.
