2 Corinthians 1:6 - Tree of Life Version

6 If we are suffering hardship, it is for your encouragement and salvation. Or if we are encouraged, it is for your encouragement, which produces in you the patient endurance of the same sufferings that we also suffer.

Therefore I endure everything for the sake of the chosen, so they might obtain the salvation that is in Messiah Yeshua with eternal glory.


He encourages us in every trouble, so that we may be able to encourage those who are in any trouble, through the very encouragement with which we ourselves are encouraged by God.


for I know that this will turn out for my deliverance, through your intercession and the help of the Ruach of Messiah Yeshua.


So I ask you not to be discouraged by my troubles on your behalf—they are your glory.


Now the One who prepared us for this very purpose is God, who gave us the Ruach as a pledge.


Now we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, who are called according to His purpose.


I will most gladly spend and be spent for your souls. If I love you more, am I to be loved less?


When our days there were over, we departed and went on our journey. They all, with wives and children, accompanied us until we were outside the city. After kneeling down on the shore and praying,


For this reason I, Paul, am a prisoner of Messiah Yeshua for the sake of you Gentiles.
