I know that the LORD will maintain the cause of the afflicted, And the right of the needy.


He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the righteous, Both of them alike are an abomination to the LORD.


To crush under foot all the prisoners of the earth,


If there be a controversy between men, and they come unto judgement, and the judges judge them; then they shall justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked;


to turn aside the needy from judgement, and to take away the right of the poor of my people, that widows may be their spoil, and that they may make the fatherless their prey!


O thou king, the Most High God gave Nebuchadnezzar thy father the kingdom, and greatness, and glory, and majesty:
