And behold, they brought to him a paralytic, lying on his bed; and when Jesus saw their faith he said to the paralytic, “Take heart, my son; your sins are forgiven.”


and the prayer of faith will save the sick man, and the Lord will raise him up; and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.

He said, “Do not lay your hand on the lad or do anything to him; for now I know that you fear God, seeing you have not withheld your son, your only son, from me.”


For which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Rise and walk’?
