Let us therefore approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.


proclaim the message; be persistent whether the time is favorable or unfavorable; convince, rebuke, and encourage, with the utmost patience in teaching.


For Christ did not please himself; but, as it is written, “The insults of those who insult you have fallen on me.”


But how are they to call on one in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in one of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone to proclaim him?


proclaiming the kingdom of God and teaching about the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness and without hindrance.


Everything that the Father gives me will come to me, and anyone who comes to me I will never drive away;


Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of him who sent me and to complete his work.


and he sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal.


He said, “To you it has been given to know the secrets of the kingdom of God; but to others I speak in parables, so that ‘looking they may not perceive, and listening they may not understand.’


Soon afterwards he went on through cities and villages, proclaiming and bringing the good news of the kingdom of God. The twelve were with him,


Jesus answered, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick;


he has filled the hungry with good things, and sent the rich away empty.


Therefore I tell you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people that produces the fruits of the kingdom.


Which of the two did the will of his father?” They said, “The first.” Jesus said to them, “Truly I tell you, the tax collectors and the prostitutes are going into the kingdom of God ahead of you.


When he went ashore, he saw a great crowd; and he had compassion for them and cured their sick.


The spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me; he has sent me to bring good news to the oppressed, to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and release to the prisoners;


So faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through the word of Christ.


When Jesus became aware of this, he departed. Many crowds followed him, and he cured all of them,


On their return the apostles told Jesus all they had done. He took them with him and withdrew privately to a city called Bethsaida.


The day was drawing to a close, and the twelve came to him and said, “Send the crowd away, so that they may go into the surrounding villages and countryside, to lodge and get provisions; for we are here in a deserted place.”
