Every male among the priests shall eat of it; it is most holy.


And what is left of the grain offering shall be for Aaron and his sons, a most holy part of the offerings by fire to the Lord.


Do you not know that those who are employed in the temple service get their food from the temple, and those who serve at the altar share in what is sacrificed on the altar?


Consider the people of Israel; are not those who eat the sacrifices partners in the altar?


The priest shall turn them into smoke on the altar as an offering by fire to the Lord; it is a guilt offering.


Then he said to me, “The north chambers and the south chambers opposite the vacant area are the holy chambers, where the priests who approach the Lord shall eat the most holy offerings; there they shall deposit the most holy offerings—the grain offering, the sin offering, and the guilt offering, for the place is holy.


If one carries consecrated meat in the fold of one's garment, and with the fold touches bread, or stew, or wine, or oil, or any kind of food, does it become holy? The priests answered, “No.”


Then he shall take off his vestments and put on other garments, and carry the ashes out to a clean place outside the camp.


He may eat the food of his God, of the most holy as well as of the holy.
