Although I am the very least of all the saints, this grace was given to me to bring to the Gentiles the news of the boundless riches of Christ,


Then he said to me, ‘Go, for I will send you far away to the Gentiles.’ ”


I was ready to be sought out by those who did not ask, to be found by those who did not seek me. I said, “Here I am, here I am,” to a nation that did not call on my name.


But I do not count my life of any value to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the good news of God's grace.


Then God said, “Let us make humankind in our image, according to our likeness; and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the wild animals of the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth.”


Come, let us go down, and confuse their language there, so that they will not understand one another's speech.”


When they moved, I heard the sound of their wings like the sound of mighty waters, like the thunder of the Almighty, a sound of tumult like the sound of an army; when they stopped, they let down their wings.


And the Lord said, ‘Who will entice Ahab, so that he may go up and fall at Ramoth-gilead?’ Then one said one thing, and another said another,


The sound of the wings of the cherubim was heard as far as the outer court, like the voice of God Almighty when he speaks.

Then he cried in my hearing with a loud voice, saying, “Draw near, you executioners of the city, each with his destroying weapon in his hand.”


After these things God tested Abraham. He said to him, “Abraham!” And he said, “Here I am.”


But the angel of the Lord called to him from heaven, and said, “Abraham, Abraham!” And he said, “Here I am.”


When he looked behind him, he saw me, and called to me. I answered, ‘Here sir.’
