Manas´seh, E´phra-im; and E´phra-im, Manas´seh: and they together shall be against Judah. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.


For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.


But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.


But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another.


And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.


Then said I, I will not feed you: that that dieth, let it die; and that that is to be cut off, let it be cut off; and let the rest eat every one the flesh of another.


And I will feed the flock of slaughter, even you, O poor of the flock. And I took unto me two staves; the one I called Beauty, and the other I called Bands; and I fed the flock.


The envy also of E´phra-im shall depart, and the adversaries of Judah shall be cut off: E´phra-im shall not envy Judah, and Judah shall not vex E´phra-im.


For I will no more pity the inhabitants of the land, saith the Lord: but, lo, I will deliver the men every one into his neighbor's hand, and into the hand of his king: and they shall smite the land, and out of their hand I will not deliver them.


and I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all:


And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
