I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.


But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.


Watch therefore; for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.


if so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked.


Watch ye and pray, lest ye enter into temptation. The spirit truly is ready, but the flesh is weak.


Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears.


Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.


Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.


Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.


Thy nakedness shall be uncovered, yea, thy shame shall be seen: I will take vengeance, and I will not meet thee as a man.


But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.


behold, therefore I will gather all thy lovers, with whom thou hast taken pleasure, and all them that thou hast loved, with all them that thou hast hated; I will even gather them round about against thee, and will discover thy nakedness unto them, that they may see all thy nakedness.


Woe unto him that giveth his neighbor drink, that puttest thy bottle to him, and makest him drunken also, that thou mayest look on their nakedness!


lest I strip her naked, and set her as in the day that she was born, and make her as a wilderness, and set her like a dry land, and slay her with thirst.


And when Moses saw that the people were naked, (for Aaron had made them naked unto their shame among their enemies,)


But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.


Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.


Behold, I come quickly. Blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.
