But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?


Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God?


One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to inquire in his temple.


Thy testimonies also are my delight, and my counselors.


to see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.

For what is the hope of the hypocrite, though he hath gained, when God taketh away his soul?
