Let destruction come upon him at unawares; and let his net that he hath hid catch himself: into that very destruction let him fall.


And it shall come to pass at that day, that I will break the bow of Israel in the valley of Jezreel.


because the spoiler is come upon her, even upon Babylon, and her mighty men are taken, every one of their bows is broken: for the Lord God of recompenses shall surely requite.


He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.

The Lord redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.


Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
