Then asked he them again, Whom seek ye? And they said, Jesus of Nazareth.


the same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.


Nathan´a-el answered and saith unto him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of God; thou art the King of Israel.


Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors.

And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.


And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.


And there went great multitudes with him: and he turned, and said unto them,


And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus' feet, and heard his word.


Now the man, out of whom the devils were departed, besought him that he might be with him: but Jesus sent him away, saying,


He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.


She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy is every one that retaineth her.


And Ruth said, Entreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God:


Happy are thy men, happy are these thy servants, which stand continually before thee, and that hear thy wisdom.


Thou, O Lord, remainest for ever; thy throne from generation to generation.


And the two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Jesus.


He saith unto them, Come and see. They came and saw where he dwelt, and abode with him that day: for it was about the tenth hour.


In the mean while his disciples prayed him, saying, Master, eat.
