Can a man take fire in his bosom, and his clothes not be burned?


Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.


And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the Lord of hosts.


The curse of the Lord is in the house of the wicked: but he blesseth the habitation of the just.


Hell is naked before him, and destruction hath no covering.


The increase of his house shall depart, and his goods shall flow away in the day of his wrath.


He shall not depart out of darkness; the flame shall dry up his branches, and by the breath of his mouth shall he go away.


And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abad´don, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apol´ly-on.


then let me sow, and let another eat; yea, let my offspring be rooted out.
