For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.


And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.


But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterward be revealed.


And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.


He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.


I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.


Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

but these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.


And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.


And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect.


that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.


He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.


even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe; for there is no difference:
