For we have not a high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.


And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honored, all the members rejoice with it.


Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.


But the queen Vashti refused to come at the king's commandment by his chamberlains: therefore was the king very wroth, and his anger burned in him.


On the seventh day, when the heart of the king was merry with wine, he commanded Mehu´man, Biztha, Harbo´na, Bigtha, and Abag´tha, Zethar, and Carcas, the seven chamberlains that served in the presence of Ahasue´rus the king,


Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.


So Esther's maids and her chamberlains came and told it her. Then was the queen exceedingly grieved; and she sent raiment to clothe Mor´decai, and to take away his sackcloth from him: but he received it not.


So Hatach went forth to Mor´decai unto the street of the city, which was before the king's gate.


And Hatach came and told Esther the words of Mor´decai.


Again Esther spake unto Hatach, and gave him commandment unto Mor´decai;
