before the Lord; for he cometh to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity.


Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.


in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:


when he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.


Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof: let the fields rejoice, and all that is therein.


O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever.


For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.


That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked; and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?


The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.


Sing, O ye heavens; for the Lord hath done it: shout, ye lower parts of the earth: break forth into singing, ye mountains, O forest, and every tree therein: for the Lord hath redeemed Jacob, and glorified himself in Israel.
