And they went and came to the mountain, and stayed there three days, until the pursuers had returned. And the pursuers searched in all the way, but did not find them.


And they said to Joshua, Truly Jehovah has given all the land into our hands. And also, all those living in the land have melted before us.


And they said, Rise up, and we shall go against them, for we have seen the land, and, behold, it is very good. And would you be quiet? Do not hesitate to go to enter in to possess the land.


When you go you shall come to a secure people, and the land is large on both hands; for God has given it into your hand, a place in which there is no lack of anything which is in the land.
