Joshua 15:13 - King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

13 And he gave a portion to Caleb the son of Jephunneh among the sons of Judah, according to the command of Jehovah to Joshua: the City of Arba, the father of Anak; it is Hebron.

And they gave Hebron to Caleb, as Moses had said. And He dispossessed the three sons of Anak from there.


and to those in Hebron, and to all the places where David had gone up and down, he and his men.


And it happened after this, David asked of Jehovah, saying, Shall I go up to one of the cities of Judah? And Jehovah said to him, Go up. And David said, Where shall I go up? And He said, To Hebron.


and Zorah, and Aijalon, and Hebron. These were in Judah and in Benjamin as fortied cities.
