David said to Natan, *I have sinned against the LORD.* Natan said to David, *The LORD also has put away your sin. You will not die.


Sha'ul said to Shemu'el, I have sinned; for I have transgressed the mitzvah of the LORD, and your words, because I feared the people, and obeyed their voice.

The people were as murmurers, [speaking] evil in the ears of the LORD: and when the LORD heard it, his anger was kindled; and the fire of the LORD burnt among them, and devoured in the uttermost part of the camp.


Par`oh sent, and called for Moshe and Aharon, and said to them, *I have sinned this time. The LORD is righteous, and I and my people are wicked.


and the donkey saw me, and turned aside before me these three times: unless she had turned aside from me, surely now I had even slain you, and saved her alive.
