And as you enter into a household, greet it.


For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you shall by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.


For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same?


You therefore be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.


But if you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them.

Greet the brothers who are in Laodicea, and Nymphas and the church in his house.


For what glory is it, if when you sin and are beaten, you endure? But if when you do good and suffer for it, you endure, this is admirable before God.
