But all this has happened so that the Scriptures of the prophets may be fulfilled." Then all the disciples forsook Him and fled.


And I give to them eternal life, and they shall never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand.


Now before the feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew that His hour had come that He should depart from this world to the Father, having loved His own who were in the world, He loved them to the end.


Simon Peter said to Him, "Lord, where are You going?" Jesus answered him, "Where I am going you cannot follow Me now, but later you will follow Me."


Indeed a time is coming, and now has come, that you will be scattered, each to his own, and you will leave Me alone. And yet I am not alone, because the Father is with Me.


Then He asked them again, "Whom do you seek?" And they said, "Jesus the Nazarene."


so that the word might be fulfilled which He said, "Those whom You have given Me I have lost none."


No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not permit you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation, He will also make the way out, so as for you to be able to bear it.


And He said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness." Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my weaknesses, in order that the power of Christ may rest upon me.


Husbands, love your own wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her,


casting all your anxiety upon Him, because He cares about you.
