38 Therefore, if Demetrius and his fellow craftsmen have a word against anyone, the courts are in session, and there are proconsuls. Let them bring charges against one another.

Then when the proconsul saw what had happened, he believed, being amazed at the teaching of the Lord.

Does any of you, having a matter against another, dare go to court before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?
