Light brings every kind of goodness, right living, and truth.


So that person becomes strong\par like a tree planted by streams of water\par He is like a tree that makes fruit\par at the right time.\par He is like a tree with leaves that don’t die.\par Everything he does is successful.\par


that you will use these things to live in a way that brings honor to the Lord and pleases him in every way;\par that you will do all kinds of good things and grow in the knowledge of God;\par


That person will be strong\par like a tree planted near water.\par That tree has large roots that find the water.\par That tree is not afraid\par when the days are hot.\par Its leaves are always green.\par It does not worry in a year\par when no rain comes.\par That tree always produces fruit.\par


that you will do many good things\par with the help of Christ\par to bring glory and praise to God.\par


Before the Lord showed me that the people were against me, I was like a gentle lamb waiting to be butchered. I did not understand that they were against me. They were saying these things about me: “Let us destroy the tree and its fruit! Let us kill him! Then people will forget him.”


God sent me to the sad people of Zion. \{I will get them ready for the celebration.\} I will take away the ashes on their head, and I will give them a crown. I will take away their sadness, and I will give them the oil of happiness. I will take away their sorrow, and I will give them celebration clothes. God sent me to name those people ‘Good Trees’ and ‘The Lord’s Wonderful Plant.’


A good tree cannot make bad fruit. And a bad tree cannot make good fruit.
