Lord, you give true peace\par to people who depend on you,\par to people who trust you.\par


Then Jesus said loudly, “The person that believes in me is really believing in the One (God) who sent me.


Every person that sees the Son and believes in him has life forever. I will raise up that person on the last day. This is what my Father wants.”


Why am I so sad?\par Why am I so upset?\par I should wait for God’s help.\par I will get the chance to praise God yet.\par He will save me!\par \par \par


You believe in God through Christ. God raised Christ from death. Then God gave glory to him. So your faith and your hope are in God.


I am telling you this now before it happens. Then when it happens you will believe that I AM. {\cf2\super [210]}


“Now I am very troubled. What should I say? Should I say, ‘Father save me from this time \{of suffering\}’? No, I came to this time so that I could suffer.


Don’t become easily upset in your thinking or afraid if you hear that the day of the Lord has already come. Some person may say this in a prophecy {\cf2\super [3]} or in some message. Or you may read it in a letter that some person tells you came from us.


But now you should forgive him and encourage him. This will keep him from having too much sadness and giving up completely.


Jesus saw that Mary was crying. Jesus saw the Jews that came with her. They were crying too. Jesus felt very upset. He was deeply troubled.


God did this so that all people will respect the Son the same as they respect the Father. If a person does not respect the Son, then that person does not respect the Father. The Father is the One who sent the Son.


God, I am very sad and afraid.\par


People will do these things because they have not known the Father, and they have not known me.


Then I thought,\par “The thing that really bothers me is this:\par ‘Has God Most-High lost his power?’”\par


You are filled with sadness because I have told you these things.


You have never asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive. And you will be truly happy.
