The Lord All-Powerful says, “I am sending my messenger to prepare the way for me. Then suddenly, the Master you are looking for will come to his temple. {\cf2\super [16]} Yes, the messenger of the \{New\} Agreement that you want really is coming!


You yourselves heard me say, ‘I am not the Christ. {\cf2\super [54]} I am only the one that God sent to prepare the way for him.’


Before Jesus came, John {\cf2\super [264]} told \{God’s message\} to all the Jewish people. John told the people to be baptized {\cf2\super [265]} to show they wanted to change their lives.


“Now you, little boy, will be called a prophet {\cf2\super [25]} of the Most High (God).\par You will go first before the Lord\par to make the people ready\par for the Lord’s coming.\par
