You have faith in Christ and love God’s people because of the hope you have. You know that the things you hope for are saved for you in heaven. You learned about this hope when you heard the true teaching, the Good News {\cf2\super [3]}


What I say is true, and you should fully accept it: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners. And I am the worst of those sinners.


The Lord hates evil thoughts. But the Lord is happy with kind words.


These are the words from the Teacher. The Teacher was a son of David and king of Jerusalem.


I tell you the truth. We talk about what we know. We tell about what we have seen. But you people don’t accept what we tell you.


A person is happy when he gives a good answer. And the right word at the right time is very good.
